- What’s new for you? Connect related content across your Qualio platform for greater traceability and visibility. New data linkages let you build, link and track different areas of your QMS, improving your analytics, auditability and trend discovery.
- How we did it: An enhanced smartlinking capability brings with it an expanded set of data objects that can be referenced and related across the Qualio platform, from documents and change requests to events, suppliers and users. We also rolled out quicker, more responsive search, resource-type icons, consistent design patterns and enhanced traceability through workflow-defined relationships.

- What’s new for you? Add validation forms into your Qualio event steps to align with industry best practice, ensure your previous action steps have created the intended result, and close out events with total confidence and compliance.
- How we did it: Added the option to change any event step into a validation/verification step, allowing you to systematically review and sign off on process effectiveness as your quality events progress to completion.

- How we did it: A new in-app beta panel empowers admins to opt in and out of Qualio beta features, submit feedback, and stay informed with real-time notifications.
