Events
Before ⬅️
We launched our brand-new document editor at the beginning of this year.
And our customers loved its new functionality, from collaborative commenting and suggestions to new formatting options and a fresh UX.
But Qualio Events retained its old look, feel and features.
Plus, users were required to record product, root cause and risk information as they built events - even though these fields may not always have been required.
Now ✅
We're excited to port our document editing functionality into Events to give a consistent, connected experience across both system areas.
Comment and make suggestions on event steps and task pathways with your colleagues.
Add checkboxes to tick off work as you move through your event workflows.
Access new attachment capabilities, then preview event steps before you launch them.
And enjoy deeper configuration of your event fields, with the ability to alter the visibility of product, root cause and risk fields and make them optional.
Documents
Before ⬅️
Our customers had to convert their external files into Qualio’s document format in order to upload them into the system.
This process added time and effort to document migration processes.
And when sending documents for approval, users could not add approvers to a document without first reverting it to draft.
Now ✅
We've revamped and opened up our compatible upload formats!
Customers can now migrate existing content into Qualio without file format amendments. Quickly upload, preview and download your documents in their original formats while maintaining the control and integrity guarantees baked into Qualio.
Plus: users can now add, remove and reassign approvers on documents without reverting them to draft.
Integrations
Before ⬅️
Integrating Qualio with our range of supported platforms often required multiple interactions with our implementation teams, making the process longer and more complex than was necessary.
Now ✅
Our new integration authentication functionality lets users enter authentication details directly into Qualio for faster, easier and more controlled integration with Asana, AzureDevOps, Jira, Salesforce, TestRail, Xray and Zephyr Scale.
Validation
Before ⬅️
We moved to a modern best-practice validation approach in late 2022, embracing computerized system assurance to give our customers a faster, risk-based and least burdensome onboarding experience.
Despite the dramatic benefits, customers still had to manually document their system configuration.
Now ✅
We've made our CSA approach even quicker and simpler.
Qualio now automatically produces an on-demand system configuration document, freeing customers from the obligation to manually document their organizational configuration themselves.
This step further accelerates our onboarding and validation pathway, removing one more task from our customers' plates and giving you more time to start using Qualio.
