Will there be the option to put task in an event template, which will save a lot of manual working time? | To have a pre-populated task in a event, we would recommend utilizing a Form Event Step - which can be a templatized task that is consistent across that event type. Event Form steps have checkbox, and multiple selections, and other fields that would facilitate managing a task effectively. |
Is there a possibility in Qualio of an Rest-API connection for integration? | We are actively exploring updates to our current API in order to better facilitate populating data across all areas of Qualio. |
Will Acumatica ERP be integrated in the future? | We will continue to add more integrations to Qualio, and are actively looking into a number of ERP systems. Acumatica is not on our shortterm roadmap, but we value your feedback and will explore this opportunity in the future. |

Or do you have to map regularily? | Once an integration connection is created, Qualio will check every hour for new data available in your external system and will sync any updates or new data. Syncs will continue to occur as long as the connection is enabled on the Integrations & Imports page. |
