Any updates will immediately be reflected anywhere the resource is smartlinked or referenced in an event form. |
| Is there an instruction guide for this integration? | We will be updating our help center documentation with some ways you can set up these integrations. |
| Can we decide on what we want to track? You mentioned batch numbers | Custom resource types can be added in the Resource Library. |
| How do you link those events to this traceability component? | When creating an event form step you can add form fields that reference specific resources from across Qualio, including items from the Resource Library. Any completed form with these resource type form fields will display the related links when selected. |
| Do they have to be exported into an excel sheet? I am thinking of an instance where a single Salesforce case (complaint) is attached to an Event in Qualio | Yes, imports only support an Excel file. However, you can also use the direct salesforce integration rather than an import, which supports cases, accounts, and opportunities. |
| Are there specifics required to export AVL from MRP system into Qualio or do vendors need to be input on an individual basis? | Any export from a third party system should be in Excel format to support importing into Qualio. However, the current import functionality does not support adding approved vendors into Qualio's Suppliers list. |
| Are SharePoint lists accepted as source as well, or does it have to be Excel? | Currently for import we only support Excel, but we can certainly add that as something to look at in future. |
| Will you be adding more integrations? Such as Zendesk? | Zendesk is on our immediate list of additional integrations to add; it may not make this upcoming release. |
| Any plans on the roadmap for integration with Microsoft Dynamics? | MS Dynamics will not be included during this Launch Train, but we will consider it for future releases. |
| Does it save the original Jira file for traceability or just copy/import the selected data? | We do not keep the file long term, and only utilize it to import the selected data. The filename is stored for traceability. |
| Is NetSuite on your list for integration capabilities? | NetSuite will not be included during this Launch Train, but we will consider it for future releases. |
| Will the events still have root cause and product initiation too? | All current Root Cause and Product behavior related to events will remain the same. |
| Can you have multiple owners to triage ? | Multiple users can view a completed event at the same time, including viewing any resource relationships. However, an event form step can only have one active owner/author. |
| Would this work with a SharePoint Form? If a sales person filled in a SharePoinmt form - could it automatically create the event (feedback or complaint)? | Sharepoint forms are not currently supported as part of the automatic event creation. |
